(Digital Software Licences and Activation Keys)

- Introduction
This Refund & Returns Policy governs the purchase and delivery of all digital software products, licence keys, activation codes, and subscription-based digital goods sold via lionemoment.io (“the Website”), operated by LiOneMoment Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any digital product on our Website, the customer (“you”, “your”, “the purchaser”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms described herein.
- Nature of Digital Goods
All products sold on lionemoment.io are intangible, non-returnable, and non-transferable digital goods delivered electronically. These include but are not limited to:
- software activation keys
- digital licences
- subscription codes
- download-access credentials
- online software entitlements
Once delivered to the customer via email or the customer account interface, the product is considered fully supplied and consumed.
- Non-Refundable Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital licence keys and software entitlements, all sales are final and non-refundable.
You expressly agree that:
- once an activation key or licence code is issued to your email address,
- or once the manufacturer registers the key as activated or assigned to your account,
the order is considered completed and non-reversible.
Digital licence keys cannot be returned, revoked, resold, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances after delivery.
This policy is necessary to protect the Company against misuse, including the abuse of software keys, digital piracy, or attempts to obtain refunds after successful activation.
- Delivery of Digital Products
Delivery takes place immediately or within several hours after the order is confirmed. The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- a valid email address is provided
- ability to receive emails from lionemoment.io
- correct system requirements for the software
- ability to activate the licence in their region
Once the activation key is transmitted to the customer’s email inbox, delivery is deemed successful.
- Activation and Vendor Confirmation
For many software titles, activation is validated directly with the official software vendor (e.g., Autodesk, Adobe, Microsoft).
When the vendor reports an activation timestamp, device binding, or account assignment, this serves as irrefutable proof of product delivery and use.
Such confirmation eliminates eligibility for refunds or returns.
- Incorrect Orders
Please verify all product details prior to purchase.
LiOneMoment Limited is not responsible for:
- accidental purchases
- selecting an incorrect software version
- compatibility issues caused by outdated or insufficient hardware
- purchases made by employees of the customer’s organisation without internal approval
We strongly advise ensuring all system and organisational requirements are confirmed before ordering.
- Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Because digital keys are instantly consumed once viewed or delivered, chargebacks for “product not received”, “fraud”, or “unauthorised transaction” are invalid when:
- delivery to the customer’s email is documented;
- activation has been confirmed by the manufacturer;
- support communication from the customer has taken place;
- 3-D Secure authentication was used by the cardholder during payment.
LiOneMoment Limited reserves the right to provide banks and payment processors with:
- activation logs
- delivery proof
- customer communication
- IP, device and timestamp records
- internal security verifications
to dispute any fraudulent or abusive chargeback attempt.
Customers engaging in first-party fraud (friendly fraud) may be subject to:
- reporting to the payment processor
- blacklisting from further purchases
- legal recovery of losses associated with misuse or chargeback abuse.

- Governing Law
