- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the website lionemoment.io, including purchases, account access, digital product delivery, and interactions with LiOneMoment Limited.
By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us” – LiOneMoment Limited.
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” – any individual or legal entity purchasing or interacting with our services.
- “Digital Product” – software licence keys, activation codes, subscriptions or any electronically delivered items provided by LiOneMoment Limited.
- “Website” – lionemoment.io.
- Eligibility
Customers must be:
- at least 18 years old; or
- an authorised representative of a business entity.
Purchases made using corporate email addresses or company details are treated as B2B business transactions.
- Digital Product Delivery
Digital goods are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery may occur immediately or within several hours.
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- correct email address
- ability to receive emails
- checking spam/junk folders
- providing accurate billing and company details
Once delivered, the product is considered supplied in full.
- Licence Key Use and Restrictions
All digital licences are subject to the terms of the software manufacturer (Autodesk, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.).
The customer agrees:
- not to resell or redistribute keys
- not to attempt to alter or reverse-engineer software
- not to use software outside permitted regions or business scopes
Violating licence terms may result in permanent licence termination by the software vendor.
- Pricing and Payment
All payments are final.
By completing checkout, the customer authorises LiOneMoment Limited to charge the full order value, including applicable taxes.
3-D Secure authentication may be used to verify the cardholder’s identity.
- Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
LiOneMoment Limited does not accept returns or cancellations of digital products once the activation key has been delivered.
Digital goods are non-refundable, whether or not they have been activated, as delivery constitutes completion of the service.

- Fraud Prevention
The Company reserves the right to:
- request verification documents
- block suspicious transactions
- report fraudulent behaviour to processors or authorities
Chargeback abuse or false claims (e.g., claiming unauthorised transactions after benefiting from the product) may result in:
- pre-arbitration actions
- arbitration escalation
- recovery of associated fees and penalties
- blacklisting from future purchases
- Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- verifying system requirements before purchase
- using valid software accounts (e.g., Autodesk ID)
- correct installation and network environment
- safeguarding activation keys
The Company is not liable for issues arising from the customer’s environment.
- Intellectual Property
All digital goods, website content, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, including LiOneMoment Limited and third-party software vendors.
- Limitation of Liability
LiOneMoment Limited is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- business interruption
- data loss
- software incompatibility
- customer-side installation failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
